How to enroll at BC:
You will need to call the District Registrar to make an appointment. The District Registrar is in the office Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Documents you will need to bring with you when you enroll:
1. Original Birth Certificate 2. SS Card 3. Proof of Residence, i.e. Utility Bill, Electric Bill, Tax Papers, Insurance Papers, Mortgage papers if you are a home owner, Renters agreement with Landlord's name & phone number 4. Immunization Records 5. Custody Papers (if applicable) 6. If child is in Foster Care - Legal court document stating child is in foster care. Document stating the name of the caseworker, the phone number of caseworker and the agency having custody of the child. 7. Special Education records (IEP/ETR - if applicable) 8. Parent Identification
All documents will need to be completed in the District Registrar's office. Documents will not be permitted to be taken home to complete. |
